A Few Minutes Off

Amazing how things can get when you go beyond exhaustion and start genuinely running on empty. My only reprieve, thankfully, was that I got to borrow a Kawasaki ZZR600 sports bike and take it out for a while today. The weather was perfect this morning for riding, though it turned nasty later on in the evening. It's been a while since I've been a T.W.O. guy, and months since I've even had a bike. Felt good to at least get out on the road, get the breeze running past me, and really lay into the bike on the corners. Tempts me to get another bike, that's for sure, if I can find the one I want. Beyond that, as expected, the first days of fall leave me reminiscent.
