Just a few random thoughts for this evening:

-First, a very happy Birthday to my mother!

-Apparently parents of unruly children don't appreciate it when you suggest that they discipline their annoying larvae. Or when you just flat-out suggest they beat them. Who knew?

-Is it bad that I find it ironically funny that someone I know spent the better part of six months trying to get me to see all the maturity shortcomings, social failings, emotional ineptitude and lies, not to mention the manipulative nature of one of my ex's, but in turn ended up falling prey to being grossly manipulated by that same person? No? Just my sense of humor I guess.

-I think it says something very bad about your weather when you roll down your car windows in the evening, when it is literally 96 degrees outside, and appreciate how cool it is (compared with earlier in the day.)

-Someone was passing out information on a lecture series about living life to the fullest. The topic of the first was 'how to appear confident.' No thanks, I'm pretty sure all that know me will agree I've got that part covered. Show up, walk in, be myself, piss off the locals. Check. And I didn't even have to pay for a lecture!
