This one officially ranks as the oddest compliment I've ever been given. The GM of my country club told me earlier that I am "a great asshole member." Not sure if that qualifies for a 'thank you,' but I gave him one for good measure.
On a separate note, it's been a busy week or two, even moreso than usual. Not much news, aside from making plans for a return trip to Europe this fall (at last!) Oh, and there is some stalker news: while I am almost certain it isn't resolved, I've at least addressed it. Sucks to be right sometimes.
Random thought: why does my mother think it's a positive thing to brag to me about how little she pays for wine? I could understand if she were getting low prices on the good stuff (like I often manage) but she buys stuff I wouldn't admit to owning! Hopefully I can set her right in the coming months. At least I've got her on to enjoying Malbec and Grenache now.
Ah well, loyal R&C, I'm going to go back to watching this movie where mirrors apparently kill people... never heard of that one, though I know a few people that could be incited to suicide by mirrors. Ah well, it's Jack Bauer vs. the Mirrors!
