There is something intensely gratifying about walking into a graduate admissions office to hand in the last bits of paperwork, only to have the admissions director look at you and go "you know, you could go anywhere with these grades and scores." and then hand you paperwork for extra scholarships, assistantships and whatnot after writing notes about your high scores on each with their signature. And proceeding to brag about your scores to everyone on staff you meet.
Yeah, that made for a decent afternoon- excuse me while I go be puffy for a bit.
