Lightweight Relaxation

Thankfully tonight is pretty quiet... I've been taking a little bit of time to try to relax and regroup and try to get my head in the right place. So far I can only continue to report that it is not working. I'm trying, though. I figure it will work out, or of course I'll go completely insane.

Ugh. Anyway, just a few thoughts for now.

On the positive side of things, tonight I got word about a somewhat unique, limited-run Argentinian Malbec, vintage, that they only exported 1,500 cases of. I managed to get my hands on one of those cases. It's a highly rated wine, too, and with so few cases out there, is going to be hard to find! Who wants to share the first bottle?

I have to pick on my friend Jann tonight, as promised. Not three hours after I posted yesterday's randomness, he replied that he had known the name and artist of the song (You Dropped a Bomb on Me) off the top of his head. To answer your question, Jann, it's only a little bit sad that you knew it, but here I am, picking on you for it anyway. Don't worry, my old friend, when you get back to the States later this year we'll give you some music from this decade.

In keeping with posting my adages for you, for for the evening I give you my Thirtieth Law: Never appeal to the honor of your enemy, for anyone who would think to do so is likely fighting an enemy who has none.

Well, that's it for tonight... I'm a firm believer in not getting long winded when you don't have anything to say. Or in this case, at least nothing to say publicly. (Sorry, not all my contemplations are for public viewing. Some are reserved for specific people. Don't worry, though!)
Goodnight, loyal R&C.
